Content Assistant configuration

The configuration of FirstSpirit AI is mandatory for the use of the Content Assistant.

The Content Assistant is already pre-installed. You need to activate the functionality either on the server level, or for each project individually.

As system admin, you can adjust the pre-settings if needed in the FirstSpirit AI Configuration service.

As project admin, you can complement the project configuration for each project individually in the FirstSpirit AI Configuration ProjectApp.

Server configuration

You can make the Content Assistant available for all projects on a given server:

Open the "CXT ContentCreator: Feature Configuration Service" (Tailored UI).
ServerManager > Server > Properties > Modules > FirstSpirit CXT ContentCreator > CXT ContentCreator: Feature Configuration Service
In the Search section, find the "Report: Content Assistant" feature and click Edit:
In the Feature availability section, define the users or user groups for which the Content Assistant should be available.

Alternatively, you can (de-)activate the Content Assistant for each project individually.

If the Content Assistant has not been activated for all projects on server level, you can make it available for individual projects:

Add the "CXT ContentCreator: Feature Configuration ProjectApp" (Tailored UI).
ServerManager > Project > Properties > [Project selection] > Project components > CXT ContentCreator: Feature Configuration ProjectApp
In the Search section find the "Report: Content Assistant" feature and click Edit:
In the Feature availability section define the users or user groups for which the Content Assistant should be available.
→ The Content Assistant is now active with the default settings.
