What objectives is the workflow meant to achieve?

The key settings that apply when modeling a workflow are illustrated below using a simple example.

The example merely consists of a start status, an intermediate status, and an end status, plus the activities and transitions that are required in between.

The purpose of this workflow is to allow tasks to be issued to other users in relation to individual objects in the Page Store. The workflow has to be terminated once the tasks have been completed.

When defining the individual object properties, please be aware that the assigned display names will subsequently be visible to the editor when the workflow is run.

For the sake of simplicity, the workflow can be run by all users (“Everyone” group).
