Properties of transition

Double-click a transition to edit the properties of this element. (Please select the transition which leads away from the start node.)

Common tab

Every transition does not necessarily need a name. Assign a suitable name where you think it useful.

The start and end point of the transition are automatically given in the Source and Target rows.

Permissions tab

In this register you can specify which user is to have the right to use this transition when running through a workflow.

In our example the Change right on the edited tree object should be sufficient to use this first transition, i.e. to start the workflow.

Activate the option Permission defined by object from and, from the drop down list, select the entry: Change.

E-mail tab

In this tab it is possible to determine whether somebody is to be notified by e-mail as soon as this transition is used.
