Task area

Task area

This area lists all variants that are located in a workflow and for which an action is expected by the user. These tasks are grouped by the associated fragment and release status. For more information see also Workflows and subsequent points.

Selecting a fragment in the tasks area is displayed in the tasks area (in the required variant) in the editing area.

Action

Clicking on a fragment displays above the task list which possible actions as expected next from the user for the selected fragment.

If the fragment is referenced by another fragment, this indicated by the text “In use”.
When deleting a variant, a dialog box also indicates that references to other fragments exist.
