Creating table templates

A table template has to be created under the schema for each input table in the database model. The input components that the editor can use later to import data into the corresponding tables are defined in this table template.

Creating a table template

To create a new table template, right-click on the Products database schema and select New - Create new table template from the context menu.

In the window that appears you can use a combo box to select the table of the database schema for which the table template is to be created. Select the Products table from the list and then give this table template a display name.

Next, add another table template for the Product categories table.

The table templates appear in the tree structure of the table store below the "Products" database schema.
