Dependencies of user and editorial permissions

In certain cases there is a close relationship between editorial permissions and user permissions:

1. In the preview of a page:
   In this case the editor is also the user – here the editorial permission “Visible” and the user permission “Visible” clash and must be appropriately linked.
2. Change to data on the live site:
   In this case the user is also the editor – here, as above, the user permission “Change” and the editorial permission “Change” must be appropriately linked.

The link is usually established by an additional login process, i.e., the user logs in as an editor and vice versa.
