WEBeditInplaceGCA

The render format template WEBeditInplaceGCA can be used to output the content of a global page from the "Global Content" area (root node "Global Store") in the integrated preview (see also Global Content).

WEBeditInplaceGCA can be used in page, section and table templates. The global content is output in the position in which the render format template is integrated in the HTML channel. It also establishes the link between the global page and the relevant output in the integrated preview: If a global page is displayed in the integrated preview of the content of a global page, this area is highlighted by clicking the global page in the tree structure. Click the output in the integrated preview to open the global page concerned in the tree structure and highlight it in colour.

The reference name of the global page which is to be output must be given as the mandatory parameter:

$CMS_RENDER(template:"WEBeditInplaceGCA", name:"globallinks")$

The template directly outputs the content of the respective global page. Therefore, no further output via $CMS_VALUE(#global.gca("..."))$ is necessary.
