Documentation for editors
All documents relevant for the user group: editors are listed at this point.
These primarily include the manuals for operation of the FirstSpirit JavaClient and WebClient. They describe the maintenance of editorial contents in the FirstSpirit editing environment (JavaClient) or within a web browser with WebEdit (WebClient.).
The Manual for Editors (JavaClient) describes the following topics, e.g.:
- FirstSpirit startpage and the individual areas of the startpage
- Menus and Icons of the FirstSpirit JavaClient
- Stores
- Global project and user settings
- Standard input components of the FirstSpirit JavaClient
- General use of the FirstSpirit JavaClient (e.g. working with task lists)
- Use of workflows (start, pass on, exit)
- Definition of editorial and user permissions
The Manual for Editors (WebEdit) describes the following topics, e.g.:
- WebEdit controls (toolbars, quick edit bar and icons)
- Stores
- Definition and evaluation of user rights/permissions
- Standard input components of the FirstSpirit WebClient.
- General use of the FirstSpirit WebClient
- Working with workflows in WebEdit (start, pass on, exit)
