Restriction level <ON_EVENT/>
<ON_EVENT/> is the lowest restriction level. Rules based on this restriction level always permit both the saving and release of the form by the editor. This restriction level is thus not primarily used to correct "invalid" entries, but rather can be universally used by the template developer for the control and improvement of the editorial process, for example, to:
- display or hide input components or other page content only for certain editorial groups or stores or
- fill the values of one input component in another input component depending on the selection of the editor
Rule violations with an <ON_EVENT/> rule are not emphasized by the FirstSpirit framework in color, but correction notes for the input component and form can be shown to the editor.
